What You Are Acquiring
Addictive Fried Chicken is a packaged brand and business concept — a restaurant business package, not a single operating location. The acquirer receives the seller-owned assets and rights identified in the Asset Manifest, to the extent actually owned and legally transferable, then operates the concept under their own business structure and the registrations applicable to their jurisdiction.
Business Formats & Use Cases
One concept, multiple ways to run it.
Full Restaurant
Adapt the AFC brand, menu framework, operations resources and marketing materials for a brick-and-mortar restaurant, subject to the buyer’s own implementation and regulatory requirements.
Ghost Kitchen
Adapt the concept for a delivery-first format using the included operational templates, menu framework and marketing assets.
Food Truck
Use the menu framework, packaging concepts and marketing materials as a foundation for a mobile fried-chicken format.
Food Cart
Adapt the business blueprint and marketing materials for a smaller-format food cart concept.
Who This Is For

Why a One-Buyer Acquisition
The seller is offering the AFC acquisition package to one buyer only. After a completed purchase the listing is withdrawn, checkout closes permanently, and no further AFC licenses are offered by the seller. The purchaser receives the seller-owned assets and rights identified in the final transfer agreement, to the extent actually owned and legally transferable.
What's Not Included
The sale does not include an operating restaurant, physical inventory, staff, leased premises, registered trademarks, or any guarantee of revenue or profitability. The purchaser is responsible for business registrations, food-safety compliance, licenses, taxes and employment requirements in their jurisdiction. Domain ownership or transfer does not by itself establish trademark rights.
