1. Acquisition Price
One-time acquisition price: $9,999 USD. Escrow/payment/bank fees may apply separately and are shown by Escrow.com.
2. One-Buyer Acquisition
Addictive Fried Chicken is offered for acquisition by one buyer only. Once the acquisition is successfully completed, no additional acquisition checkout will be offered by the seller.
3. Assets Included
Acquisition includes the seller-owned assets and rights identified in the Asset Manifest v1.0, to the extent actually owned and legally transferable. See What's Included for the public summary.
4. Trademark Clarification
No registered trademark rights are represented as included. Transfer of addictivefriedchicken.com does not itself establish trademark rights.
5. Escrow Transaction
Payment and transaction processing are handled through Escrow.com. Buyer and seller may be required to complete Escrow.com identity verification and transaction requirements. Escrow.com's transaction terms, funding requirements, inspection process, acceptance process, and applicable policies govern the Escrow transaction.
6. Digital Delivery
Buyer access to confidential acquisition files remains sealed until Escrow.com confirms payment approval through the verified transaction flow. After payment approval, the matching buyer receives secure access to the Buyer Vault and Master Acquisition Package.
7. Domain Transfer
addictivefriedchicken.com is transferred separately through the applicable registrar/domain-transfer process. The seller will initiate the domain-transfer process following the applicable payment/delivery milestone.
8. Inspection / Acceptance
The Escrow transaction uses the inspection period specified in the actual Escrow transaction. Buyer acceptance, rejection, inspection timing, and payment release are governed through Escrow.com. Neither Base44 nor the seller can accept the transaction on behalf of the buyer.
9. Final Sale / Digital Materials
Because the acquisition contains confidential and downloadable digital materials, the transaction is intended as a final acquisition once completed, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing on this page waives statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. No Business Guarantee
No guarantee is made regarding revenue, profits, customer demand, business performance, regulatory approval, or commercial success. The buyer is responsible for licenses, permits, food safety, taxes, employment requirements, local regulations, and implementation of the acquired concept.
11. Professional Review
The Asset & Copyright Assignment Agreement and closing documents should be reviewed by appropriate legal/professional advisers before final completion where necessary.
